Thou must write down your successes and thy loses; for it’s the sum total of all a mans accomplishments which generate his/her basis.
How detailed is your decision. I tend to consider that hourly info and that style of intimate information is wasted. Simply figure out how much ahead you are and how much (if any) you have withdrawn. Certainly, if you don’t win, note that too, regardless of how much it hurts.
Do not neglect to note what style of game you are wagering on, if that is critical to you. (In my expertise, most players keep to what they understand and don’t try something they do not know. If all you write down is winnings, loses and withdrawals, you are way ahead of most gamblers around!)
Bestow on yourself actual goals, like a ‘dream’ target (new vehicle, vacation or whatever). When you withdraw, add the $$$$$ taken out to your dream tally. The greater the success you have, the closer that dream will be!
